Warranty Call Center Hours

The Warranty Call Center Center will be closed 12/24, 12/25, and 1/1/2026.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern time
Saturday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern time

Note: Please have your serial number available, it is necessary to provide assistance for your base. Call volumes are highest on Mondays and Tuesdays. To reduce your wait times, please use our contact form or call later in the week if possible.
