Return Policy
Returns and Refunds. Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of certain products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition in un-opened packaging. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major contents may be denied a return. The following products may be returned:
- Legs
- Mattress retainer bars
- Headboard bracket kits
To return products, you must call our Returns Department at 1-800-888-3078 to obtain a return ticket number (“Return Ticket Number”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Ticket Number.
The following products and services may not be returned:
- Remote controls
- Any shipping charges
- Any service fees.
Leggett & Platt return policies apply only to items purchased directly from Leggett & Platt (via the Site at https://support.lpadjustablebeds.com/). No refunds will be issued for the products and services that may not be returned. Items purchased from a third party or marketplace seller must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their applicable return policies, if any.
Our Returns Department will determine if you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items. If you are responsible for shipping and handling on a returned product, you bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
